This GA is broken up into three files
1. The recording starts about one minutes before the GA begins, there is a lot of conversation before the meeting actually starts. There was a disruption and the batteries were changed
2. Short file after the batteries are changed,but the microphone was set to one directional, thus a quick pause
3. The conclusion of the meeting after the recorder is set to the proper setting.
